Diversity
Bowditch & Dewey is committed to the goals of non-discrimination and equal employment opportunity. Firm policies are in place not only to assure compliance with all the legal requirements, but also to implement our belief that we serve our clients best when they have the benefit of diverse backgrounds and life experiences among our professional and support staff.

The Firm’s commitment to diversity led to the creation of the Bowditch & Dewey Diversity Sub-Committee. In an effort to solicit suggestions and support for this committee members from Bowditch & Dewey met with community leaders. The goal of the Diversity Sub-Committee is to ensure that the Firm is fully committed to implementing an effective program to achieve Diversity in the areas of recruiting, community outreach and employee awareness.

At Bowditch & Dewey we believe that a diverse group of attorneys working together can provide our clients with a wide range of innovative solutions to their legal needs.

MetroWest Community Prayer Breakfast
On May 1, 2009 the Firm was a sponsor of the annual John P. Garrahan MetroWest Community Prayer Breakfast. This year, the event honored 14 area high school students chosen by their schools as "leaders in diversity". Bowditch & Dewey has been involved in the MetroWest Community Prayer Breakfast from its inception and takes an active role promoting diversity in all aspects of the MetroWest community. Below are some scenes from the 2009 event.
