- Managed by an elected Management Committee of five.
- Management Committee chooses Managing Partner from within its ranks.
- Management Committee also hires the Executive Director.
- Members of the Management Committee serve terms on a rotating schedule, there are no term limits.
- The Firm is organized into the following practice areas, each of which is managed by a practice area leader: Business & Finance; Estate, Financial & Tax Planning; Litigation; Employment; Real Estate & Environmental.
