The history and goals of Bowditch & Dewey can be found on the Web site; however, the true makeup of Bowditch & Dewey is realized in the people who work here.
I am proud and privileged to be a member of this firm and an active participant in its growth. The attorneys are the most proficient in their respective fields, extremely professional and respectful of each other, as well as the staff which supports them. There is a true team spirit and sense of family within the individual practice areas. When one practice area requests the expertise of another practice area, all involved work with a common goal - meeting the needs of the client.
This team spirit can also be found in each of the three offices of Bowditch and Dewey; Boston, Framingham and Worcester may be separated by miles, but the superior technology afforded the firm, and maintained by a top-notch Information Systems Department, allows us the ability to work with each other as if we are all in the same room. The Human Resources Department has its eyes, ears and hearts open to the needs of each individual who works within the walls of Bowditch & Dewey. Whether it is training, health and well-being, or family care, HR is always there to help.
In the eight years I have worked at Bowditch & Dewey, I have witnessed the drive and the compassion of its people, the desire to maintain its excellent reputation, and the growth of the company as a whole. Bowditch & Dewey is like a chameleon; unique and always changing to stay current in this fast-paced world; however, the goal has remained the same since its establishment in 1914 - to offer its clients the highest quality of service. Without hesitation, I can say, that goal is met each day.
