| Mr. Fenton represents clients in all aspects of commercial real estate, including permitting projects before municipal boards and agencies, eminent domain litigation and negotiation, drafting and negotiation of construction contracts for both public and private projects, and financing. He represents clients in environmental matters related to CERCLA, Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 21E, MEPA and the Wetlands Act. A substantial part of his practice is devoted to representing local redevelopment authorities in the conveyance and redevelopment of former military installations to civilian reuse. Mr. Fenton also handles negotiations with the Department of Defense on environmental and conveyancing matters, including issues related to the remediation of pesticides and asbestos. |
