Partner
Mr. Gray concentrates his practice in employment law and healthcare services. His employment practice covers all aspects of employment law as well as labor law; represents management clients in litigation, federal and state administrative proceedings including MCAD, EEOC, OSHA, NLRB; arbitration, collective bargaining, dispute resolution, union avoidance, non-compete matters, employment agreements and handbooks, and general advice and consultation.

Mr. Gray’s healthcare services practice concentrates on human services related matters where he represents human service agencies such as residential providers for individuals with developmental disabilities, long term care facilities, assisted living homes, special education facilities, other non-profit organizations, consultants, licensed and unlicensed professionals, guardians, families and other individuals. He represents clients in regulatory matters, investigation proceedings, training, operational and administrative matters as well as litigation, mediation, consulting and advisory services.

Mr. Gray is Chair of the Bowditch & Dewey Diversity Sub-Committee.  The goal of the Diversity Sub-Committee is to ensure that the Firm is fully committed to implementing an effective program to achieve Diversity in the areas of recruiting, community outreach and employee awareness.

Mr. Gray has served as the Deputy General Counsel for the Department of Mental Retardation. He was also a Senior Staff Attorney for the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination.
