Ms. Truex has been a member of Bowditch & Dewey’s Real Estate & Environmental Practice Area for over 15 years. She advises and represents clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, financing, development, permitting, construction, licensing, leasing and disposition of commercial and industrial properties.

Ms. Truex has extensive experience in appearing before local administrative boards, conducting 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges, title matters, restaurant licensing, real estate tax abatement/exemption matters, negotiation of contracts and drafting legal opinions. Donna has a B.S. from Bentley College a J.D. cum laude from Western New England College of Law.
