Environmental Law Section of the Boston Bar Association features Bob Cox in “When Oil Really Just Means Oil: The Peterborough Oil Company v. DEP Decision”
Bob Cox will speak at the Boston Bar Association’s Environmental Law Section’s upcoming event on October 24 featuring a discussion of the Supreme Judicial Court’s decision in Peterborough Oil Company v. DEP. Bob argued the case for Peterborough Oil Company, LLC before the SJC during the appeal, which addresses the definition of “oil” under the Massachusetts remediation statute.
