Maria Remillard to speak at Mass. Bar Association’s Sixth Annual Probate Law Conference

Maria Remillard will speak on a panel at the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Sixth Annual Probate Law Conference with respect to the use of motions to strike and motions for summary judgment in will contest cases.
