Mary Feeney Spoke at HEREL Conference October 18

Bowditch partner Mary Feeney spoke at the 2019 Higher Education Real Estate Lawyers (HEREL) Conference, held October 17 and 18 at the University of California, Office of the General Counsel.

The HEREL Conference brings together attorneys from all over the country to discuss topics related to real estate and construction in higher education. Mary presented on October 18 on “Risk Doctors – Applying Hard-Earned Lessons from Lawyers for Better Construction Project Outcomes”. This interactive panel discussed key risk allocation and management best practices, both in contract terms and in advising clients from an owner’s perspective.
