Framingham, Worcester and Boston, MA—January 11, 2021—Attorney Dale A. Kaiser, an experienced attorney focusing her practice on estate and family business planning, and estate and trust administration, has joined Bowditch & Dewey as a partner in Framingham.

She comes to the firm after more than two decades leading Kaiser Law Group, which she founded in 1999.

She also advises fiduciaries on probate, estate taxes, trust funding and distributions, and helps business owners with company formation and succession planning.

A Needham resident, Ms. Kaiser earned the Accredited Estate Planner® (AEP) designation from the National Association of Estate Planners and Councils (NAEPC) and the Boston Estate Planning Council (BEPC), in recognition of her graduate-level specialization, experience and character. She holds a J.D. and M.Ed. from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a B.A. from the University of Rochester.
