Subchapter V, a new form of Chapter 11 bankruptcy, has been getting positive reviews. This tool has been extremely helpful for small businesses who have been hit hard by the effects of COVID-19. Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly spoke with David Mawhinney about Subchapter V.
