Brian Grossman and MVWIFI Prevail in Martha’s Vineyard Cell Tower Case
The Martha’s Vineyard Times reports in its article “Cell tower case against MVC, AT&T dismissed,” that Superior Court Judge Paul Wilson dismissed a lawsuit brought by nearby landowners against the Martha’s Vineyard Commission and AT&T over the lawfulness of a 115-foot cell tower near their Chappaquiddick home.
Brian Grossman, a partner in the firm’s Real Estate and Environmental practice, who represented the co-defendant landowner MVWIFI, called Judge Wilson’s decision “extraordinarily thorough.” He added, “We’re happy and thrilled with the verdict.”
The decision was also reported in the Vineyard Gazette, “Superior Court Judge Dismisses Chappy Cell Tower Suit.”
