Joshua Lee Smith Quoted in Worcester Telegram’s “Holy Cross plans to raze 4 College Hill buildings, build 2 new dorms”
The College of the Holy Cross plans to raze and remove four buildings near their main campus in order to make room for two three-story townhouse-style dormitory buildings that would be available to senior students. Currently, the buildings include a single-family home and multifamily homes that are partially occupied by university employees and a faculty member. Joshua Lee Smith spoke to the Worcester Telegram about this project:
“They directly abut other existing college buildings, as we mentioned in our application,” said Joshua Lee Smith, an attorney at Bowditch & Dewey, the law firm representing the trustees. “In relatively close proximity to the new recreation field house as well as Ciampi Hall. All of this is just integrated within the main campus.”
