On March 16, 2022, Bob Cox moderated the Environmental Business Council of New England’s “A Review of MassDEP Program & Enforcement Priorities for 2022 with Commissioner Suuberg.”
The EBC Leadership program featured Martin Suuberg, Commissioner of the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (DEP). His presentation focused on the DEP program and enforcement priorities and implementation strategies for 2022 and beyond that reflect those issues that are critical to the mission and strategic environmental and energy goals of the Baker administration under the leadership of EOEEA Secretary Kathleen Theoharides.
