A collaboration between the New England Real Estate Journal (NEREJ) and the CCIM Institute’s New England Chapter, the event brought together top leaders in Metrowest Boston to discuss commercial real estate market trends including retail and mixed-use issues, housing issues, landlord and tenant representation, industrial and office space, and financing changes for 2023. Samantha’s panel highlighted the region’s progress in these areas and the new challenges that have arisen due to the economy.
