Nina Dow Co-Founds Arab-American Bar Association of Massachusetts
Nina Dow is a co-founding board member of the first Arab-American Bar Association of Massachusetts. In her role, she will help facilitate the association’s mission of providing lawyers and law students of Arab descent with opportunities for networking, professional development, and continuing education. A fluent Arabic speaker with strong ties to her Lebanese heritage, Nina will utilize this leadership position to mentor other legal professionals of similar backgrounds.
At Bowditch, Nina practices in the firm’s Estate, Financial & Tax Planning practice area and focuses on helping clients minimize transfer taxes by providing estate and tax planning strategies, including charitable giving, business succession planning, the representation of corporate and individual fiduciaries, and planning for individuals with special needs. In addition to helping clients create an estate plan, Nina’s tax practice involves working closely with families to prepare state and federal estate tax returns following the death of a loved one.
