Joseph Duquette to Serve on Boston Bar Association’s Senior Associates Executive Steering Committee
Joseph Duquette will serve on the Boston Bar Association’s (BBA) Senior Associates Executive Steering Committee. The committee is responsible for identifying topics and content for the Senior Associates Network to cover in programming. It also serves as the leadership team for the ‘At-Large’ Network, which includes all BBA members who are senior associates (roughly four to eight years in practice). Committee members also often participate as panelists in BBA programs.
At Bowditch, Joe handles complex commercial real estate matters primarily involving permitting and environmental compliance. He has successfully permitted a wide variety of projects involving high-density multifamily, public utility infrastructure, higher education, and renewable energy, as well as large-scale industrial and life science developments. Joe’s experience also includes representing breweries, wineries, distilleries, restaurants, and retailers in all stages of licensing and regulatory compliance.
