With ever-changing regulations and case law, the world of Title IX compliance is a complex, multi-faceted practice area for lawyers who work with schools, colleges, and universities. On November 4, Brigid Harrington and Chelsie Vokes, who advise institutions of higher education on Title IX compliance, reviewed the roles that counsel may serve in the Title IX process, including as investigators, decision-makers, mediators, and advisors to the parties involved. The presentation was held for the Worcester County Bar Association.
