Peter Cifichiello will present “Funding Fundamentals,” a virtual webcast that will be hosted by Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education on January 22, 2025. The program will include an overview of the types of equity funding instruments available to early-stage companies, including simple agreements for future equity, convertible notes, and preferred stock financings. Learn the pros, cons, and typical use-cases for each instrument, and walk through the process of closing a transaction of each type—from term sheet through completion of post-closing securities filings.
