Nina Dow Moderated Program on Estate Planning for Incapacitated or Disabled Adults

Nina Dow moderated the Worcester County Bar Association’s (WCBA) February 12, 2025, program on estate planning for incapacitated or disabled adults. The event was being presented by the WCBA’s Tax, Trusts & Estates Law Section. Nina serves as co-chair of the Section.

The program covered requesting substituted judgment in conservatorship matters to create and execute an estate plan. In addition, the Honorable Kathryn Bailey, Associate Justice Worcester Probate & Family Court, provided a perspective from the bench with regard to guardian ad litem appointments and petitioners.
