Peter Cifichiello Discusses StartUp Week Worcester on “Talk of the Commonwealth” Radio Show
Peter Cifichiello joined Hank Stolz on the “Talk of the Commonwealth” radio show on WCRN on April 8 to discuss StartUp Week Worcester. The three-day event celebrated the spirit of entrepreneurship and innovation across Central Massachusetts.
Hosted by Auxilium Worcester and the Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce, StartUp Week Worcester featured a variety of events, which Peter highlighted during the interview, including the April 8 Innovation Crawl, where attendees visited some of Worcester’s key innovation hubs and businesses. In addition, the WooTank Intercollegiate Pitch Competition showcased emerging talent, while expert-led workshops and panels offered valuable insights.
Peter provided details about his April 9 session, “Legal Basics for Startups: What Every Founder Should Know,” and explained why it’s important for startups to seek professional guidance in the early stages of development. From choosing the right business entity to determining the appropriate investment structure to protecting intellectual property for scalability, Peter emphasized that sound legal and professional advice is essential.
