Partner Attorney – Corporate Business & Finance

Bowditch is seeking partner level business attorneys to join us in our Boston office.

Must have strong business experience. A background in one of the following areas is a plus: tax, securities, technology, venture capital, bank regulatory or investment banking.

Ideal candidates must have a developed practice advising businesses, with a passion to expand, and the potential to fill future firm leadership roles.
