Lou Ciavarra interviewed by Channel 3 News about Worcester sky bridge

Lou Ciavarra was interviewed by Worcester’s Channel 3 News to discuss the city’s decision not construct the sky bridge downtown, which planned to connect the Major Taylor parking garage to the Hilton Garden Inn and the DCU Center. Ciavarra commented that everyone is very happy to have worked out what could have been a catastrophic loss for the city.
