Tim Van Dyck Presented at Bowditch-Sponsored ACC Northeast Event “A Crisis in Plain Sight: Tools for Mitigating the Opioid Affect in the Workplace”
On May 15, 2019, Tim Van Dyck spoke on the panel at the Bowditch-sponsored Association for Corporate Counsel (ACC) Northeast event “A Crisis in Plain Sight: Tools for Mitigating the Opioid Affect in the Workplace”.
The panel also featured Dr. Ken Duckworth, Medical Director of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts and The National Alliance for Mental Illness. Employers, in-house counsel and human resources professionals received tools to identify signs of opioid abuse by employees, as well as ways to proactively and re-actively address the opioid crisis in the workplace and tips to manage risks associated with potentially opioid-addicted employees.
