The Worcester Telegram & Gazette quoted Lou Ciavarra in an article covering a local business owner’s claims against a defense contracting company. The business owner alleges that the defense contractor used his trade secrets in the development of an amphibious armored vehicle for the U.S. Marines. However, the business owner’s technology may not be the same as the one ultimately utilized by the defense contractor. Lou told the jurors that the claim was nothing but a story, “If the facts and evidence supported that story, we wouldn’t be here today.”
