Corporate Board Member Magazine published an article by George Tetler in its Q3 2016 issue examining the scope of a corporate director’s duties to his or her company in light of the recent controversy regarding a Facebook director’s indirect funding of a lawsuit against the now-defunct blog, Gawker.
