Leah Rochwarg Co-Presented “Introducing EJCDCs New CM as Advisor Contract Document Series” for the American Bar Association (Webinar)
The Engineer’s Joint Contract Documents Committee presented an overview of the new CM as Advisor Contract Documents Series. They discussed the key attributes of the contracts, and highlighted certain important areas where these contracts differ from other standard forms.
On April 7, Leah Rochwarg and other speakers discussed how to:
- Evaluate when to elect the use of the new forms;
- Identify key ways that these forms vary from other EJCDC or AIA forms; and
- Locate key provisions for modification or revision depending upon your client base.
