Katherine Pham Elected to Board of Making Opportunity Count

Katherine Pham has been elected to the Board of Making Opportunity Count, an organization that works to alleviate poverty by delivering a variety of services including childcare, education, workforce development, nutrition, health, and community and housing support. In her role as a board member, Kate will work with the nonprofit to fulfill its mission to empower families to achieve economic security by eliminating barriers and creating opportunities.

At Bowditch, Kate focuses her practice on real estate. She represents buyers, sellers and lenders in commercial real estate transactions and has handled numerous real estate closings. Kate is also experienced in resolving the various title issues that can arise during a real estate transaction.
