Benjamin Hinks Elected to Board of Directors of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Mass & MetroWest
Benjamin Hinks has been elected to the Board of Directors of Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) of Central Mass & MetroWest. Celebrating its 60th anniversary this year, BBBS supports children in the community through individualized mentoring programs, providing the social and emotional development needed for kids to build resilience, mental health and well-being.
At Bowditch, Ben practices in the area of Employment & Labor representing employers in litigation matters, including wage and hour claims, discrimination actions, non-competition and trade secret disputes, and contract claims before the courts of Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and administrative agencies. He also helps counsel clients through a full range of employment issues including hiring, termination, personnel policies and handbooks, leaves of absence, internal investigations, employee discipline and DEI initiatives.
