Worcester Telegram & Gazette Features Bob Longden in “Chick-fil-A gets Worcester Zoning Approval for Gold Star Blvd. Restaurant”
The Worcester Telegram & Gazette featured Bob Longden in a March 21 article discussing the impact of Chick-fil-A’s new restaurant location in Worcester. The restaurant will generate up to seventy jobs and $21,000 in annual property taxes for the city. As part of the project, the restaurant obtained a special zoning permit allowing it to open with three fewer parking spots than required by a city ordinance, as the majority of its business will occur at the drive-thru window.
