For 2024, we’re refreshing our annual Employment Law Update to bring you more in-depth topics once per quarter. Each virtual meeting will focus on 2-3 topics.

On February 8, we kicked off with a potpourri of employment law developments from 2023 and what to expect in 2024. Discussions included:

  • Developments from the National Labor Relations Board that affect management of employees and employer policies
  • MA Paid Family and Medical Leave news
  • Anticipated changes with requirements for employee exemptions from the Fair Labor Standards Act
