Mark Borenstein Quoted in “Pop a bottle: Worcester to allow full liquor bottle service” in the Worcester Telegram
City bars and restaurants in Worcester will soon be able to offer customers liquor bottles at their tables. On March 14, the Worcester License Commission voted to allow full liquor bottle service in the city for the first time since 2018. Mark Borenstein made the initial request in January for the city to consider allowing bottle service on behalf of the owners of 961 Restaurant & Lounge at Union Station. Speaking at the License Commissions’ Feb. 29 meeting, Mark said:
“Bottle service is an opportunity for businesses to improve their operations and could be ideal for private events.”
