Bowditch congratulates its client Worcester Pro Hockey HC and the City of Worcester on East Coast Hockey League expansion
The premier ‘AA’ hockey organization, East Coast Hockey League (ECHL), announced on February 8 that its newest team’s home rink will be located at the DCU Center in downtown Worcester, Massachusetts. The new Worcester team will join the twenty-eight current ECHL teams for the league’s 30th season beginning in October 2017.
Bowditch & Dewey represented the team with corporate formation, the application to the league, trademarks and the lease with the DCU Center. We are proud to have played a role in bringing hockey back to Central Massachusetts and encourage the entire business community to support this important addition to our city.
