On June 26, 2024, this webinar discussed some of the crucial employment regulations set to go into effect this summer. It covered the EEOC’s new regulations under the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (effective June 18th), the new overtime rule under the Fair Labor Standards Act (effective July 1, 2024), as well as the Federal Trade Commission’s proposed Non-Compete Clause Rule. The presenters provided an overview of the new rules, including key provisions, as well as guidance to employers on compliance.
