Aastha Sharma Selected for 2025 MetroWest Leadership Academy

Aastha Sharma has been selected to participate in the 2025 MetroWest Leadership Academy (MW Leadership Academy), the flagship leadership program of Leadership MetroWest, an organization that provides experienced and emerging leaders an opportunity to grow and become more effective in their professional and volunteer roles. Each year the MW Leadership Academy brings together 30 established and emerging leaders from every sector of MetroWest to explore issues, institutions, resources and opportunities in the region. Leadership fellows emerge from their year-long experience with valuable cross-sector connections, community knowledge and a strong sense of personal direction.

At Bowditch, Aastha focuses her practice on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, venture capital, and early-stage investment transactions. She has represented and counseled small and middle market companies, across a range of industries, on a number of stock and asset-based transactions, financing transactions, drafting and negotiations of complex commercial contracts, GDPR and general corporate matters.
