Overview

Christine Baglioni is a business and real estate attorney primarily focused on commercial transactions, leasing, zoning, and private and institutional financing. She also represents clients in connection with real estate disputes, tax assessment appeals, state receivership proceedings, contract negotiations, asset purchase and sale transactions, commercial litigation, administrative hearings, and general business matters.

Christine works with clients that are corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies of varying sizes and states of organization and qualification. These clients are involved in the manufacturing, real estate development and holding, financing, and retail industries, among others.

Before Bowditch

Prior to joining the firm, Christine focused her practice on real estate and finance, corporate and business matters, and litigation.

Besides work

Outside of the office, Christine enjoys going to the beach, reading and watching NBA basketball.
