Sarah Lovejoy is an associate in the firm’s Employment & Labor practice group. Sarah represents and defends employers in workplace legal matters at the administrative, state, and federal levels. She also counsels clients through a full range of employment issues including hiring, termination, sexual harassment, reasonable accommodations, and leaves of absence.
Before Bowditch
Prior to joining the firm, Sarah worked in the Boston office of a national labor and employment law firm. She also has prior experience handling complex litigation matters.
While attending the evening division of New England Law, Sarah worked full-time as a law clerk at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Boston where she was a member of the Narcotics & Money Laundering department.
Besides work
Sarah grew up on the North Shore and tries to spend as much time as she can on the beach with a good book. She also enjoys cooking and testing out new recipes on her husband and son.
