Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly Highlights Mr. Bauer as a Go-To Lawyer for Complex Transactions in Life Science, Medical and Other Sectors
Boston, Framingham and Worcester, MA—July 12, 2021—Attorney Paul C. Bauer, Partner, Bowditch & Dewey, has been named to Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly’s (MLW) inaugural list of top 20 Massachusetts Go To Lawyers for Commercial Real Estate.
The publication recognizes the Boston and Framingham attorney for representing Massachusetts clients in sophisticated transactions, with an emphasis on big real estate projects and challenging commercial law issues. His clients include developers, mortgage lenders, tenants and property owners involved in large, multilayered development, acquisition, financing, business planning and leasing transactions – both public and private.

Mr. Bauer is a member of several Boards, including MassEcon; the Government Affairs Committee, Greater Boston Real Estate Board; and the Real Estate Finance Association. He is also a past Director, MetroWest Chamber of Commerce, and a previous Chair, Small Business Committee, Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce.
He earned his J.D., with honors, from George Washington University, and a B.A., cum laude, from Clark University.
