Brian Grossman Quoted in MetroWest Daily News’ “Grocery store proposed for Shoppers World; What’s happening to Barnes & Noble, Old Navy?”
The owners of Shoppers World in Framingham have proposed redeveloping a portion of the plaza to include a grocery store and additional retail space. The proposal calls for tearing down the existing building, which is less expensive than renovating the existing space to convert it from retail to grocery space. Brian Grossman spoke with MetroWest Daily News about the project:
The new building will be more than 14,000 square feet smaller than the current one, though parking will remain the same, said project counsel Brian Grossman, of Bowditch and Dewey, during the Oct. 21 meeting.
