The Title IX regulations became effective on August 1, 2024. In the days and weeks leading up to and following implementation, colleges across the country have updated their policies and procedures, notices of nondiscrimination, and conducted extensive training.
On August 22, 2024, we will hold the fourth of our monthly Compliance Check-ins, where we will review implementation challenges and opportunities that colleges are facing now that the 2024 regulations are in effect.
