Bowditch has an opening for an Associate Attorney in its Family Law & Fiduciary Litigation practice. This hybrid position, based in our Worcester, Framingham and/or Boston offices, offers 3 in-office days and 2 remote days per week. The members of the practice represent clients in all aspects of the divorce process, child custody cases, estate litigation, and other probate and family law matters. This often requires frequent Court appearances. To most effectively support our clients, this individual needs to be admitted to practice in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island. The team also collaborates with members of other practice areas within the firm to ensure clients receive the most comprehensive and thorough support possible.
