Spencer Trappist Ale Featured in The New Brewer
Local monks have created quite a stir by brewing the country’s first Trappist Ale. Saint Joseph’s Abbey in Spencer, MA received brewing privileges from the International Trappist Association (ITA) at the end of 2013.
Bowditch & Dewey was pleased to participate on the Lay Advisory Board of Saint Joseph’s Abbey during brewery start-up and production of Spencer Trappist Ale, and we look forward to its continued success in the craft beer marketplace!
