Bob Young spoke about wholesale agreements at the May 15 Spring Member Meet-up hosted by the Massachusetts Brewers Guild at Notch Brewing Co. The event offered helpful information for breweries that are considering entering an agreement with a wholesaler. For those breweries looking to amend the language in their existing contracts to include arbitration and successfully use Massachusetts’ new franchise law, 25 E1/2, Bob provided suggested language changes that can be provided to a brewery’s legal team so the brewery’s agreements can be updated.
