Paul Bauer Discusses Massachusetts Brewery Consolidations and Closures with Bisnow
As Massachusetts’ craft brewery market slows, mergers have helped some breweries remain viable. However, others are closing their doors, leaving behind vacant real estate. Paul Bauer spoke with Bisnow about the complexities of finding replacement tenants for former breweries and the challenges of selling real estate that is left behind.
Paul says that while he suspects there aren’t going to be a large number of retail brewery closings, there aren’t many retail tenants that can fit these unique spaces so there could be more consolidation of brewing components.
