Bowditch Sponsors First Statewide Study on Women’s Leadership in Massachusetts
Bowditch & Dewey is proud to sponsor The Commonwealth Institute‘s first statewide Women’s Leadership Development Impact Study. Starting in March, data for the study will be collected through an online survey distributed to targeted decision-makers at organizations throughout the state.
The primary goal of this study is to better understand employers’ actions to develop, support, and advance women employees in Massachusetts. The study also aims to provide businesses with an inventory of best practices to advance women leaders in the workforce and establish a system for reporting on women’s progress in the leadership pipeline.
