Bowditch Sponsors Second Annual Statewide Study on Women’s Leadership in Massachusetts

Bowditch & Dewey is proud to sponsor The Commonwealth Institute‘s statewide Women’s Leadership Development in Massachusetts 2019 Impact Study. Data for the study will be collected through an online survey distributed to targeted decision-makers at organizations throughout the state.

The primary goal of this study is to better understand employers’ actions to develop, support and advance women employees in Massachusetts.  The 2019 survey includes more questions that focus on developing women leaders of color, as well as questions about barriers and accelerators related to creating a pipeline for women leaders.

For more information, continue reading “TCI Launches 2nd Annual Study on Women’s Leadership in MA” on The Commonwealth Institute’s website. Businesses that are interested in participating in the online survey can email survey@commonwealthinsitute.org. The deadline to participate is Monday, April 1.
