She counsels clients on transactional and adversarial matters throughout the feasibility, development, construction, commissioning, and project close-out phases of projects —achieving successful results in matters involving contract disputes, services and materials procurement, bid protests, delay/disruption claims, payment and performance bond matters, defective design and construction issues, insurance-related concerns, and more.
