Abbey Kaelberer is an associate in the firm’s Estate, Financial & Tax Planning practice area. She focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning, probate and estate administration, trust administration, and the preparation and filing of federal and Massachusetts estate tax returns.
Abbey aims to bring an understanding, practical, and empathetic approach when assisting clients in planning for the future and throughout the course of administration.
Before Bowditch
Prior to joining Bowditch & Dewey, Abbey practiced at an estate planning law firm in the Greater Boston area. Before that, she served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Justices of The Massachusetts Probate and Family Court.

When Abbey is not practicing law, she enjoys spending time with her loved ones, including her dog, and staying active.
