Dajana Stajko is an associate in the firm’s Estate, Financial & Tax Planning practice area. She works with clients to advise on estate tax planning strategies in order to limit their tax liability and maximize wealth preservation. Dajana works with a variety of clients, including business owners and professionals, as well as high net worth individuals, to draft estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney, health care proxies, and medical directives. She assists clients with estate administration, handling preparation of probate paperwork, and estate and gift tax returns. Dajana also assists with asset management, such as the preparation of gifting and irrevocable trusts, realty trusts and deeds.
Before Bowditch
Dajana worked as a paralegal, preparing legal documents and assisting attorneys in personal injury cases. She was also a legal research extern, drafting legal memoranda, as well as researching case and statutory law relating to personal injury and medical malpractice litigation. Dajana has also held various business planning and buying positions, including as an Associate Planner for a large retail company.
Besides work
Dajana enjoys traveling internationally and exploring new cuisines. She is fluent in French, Italian and Albanian, and is proficient in Spanish.
