Katie Menard Dalton focuses her practice on all aspects of domestic relations law. Her areas of concentration include marital planning (pre and postnuptial agreements), divorce, custody, paternity, child support, alimony, asset division, modifications, contempts and 209A restraining orders. Katie routinely handles high-net-worth divorces and high-conflict custody disputes.
In her practice, Katie manages all aspects of litigation. She is effective in forging complicated settlement, and is a skilled litigator when resolution is not possible. Her strategy throughout a case is detail-oriented with close attention to the ever-changing needs of her clients.
With more than 16 years of experience, Katie recognizes each client’s need for a confident and resourceful attorney, as well as a compassionate and supportive advocate. She works closely with her clients to understand their needs and goals.
